What is the onboarding process?
After accepting your offer with the team, the HR team will send out instructions for what information you will need to provide the team. They will send out expectations for your first day from coordination with your manager. There will be an open line of communication if the new hire has any questions along the way.
What does training look like as a new hire?
Training differs from department to department. There will be initial trainings and introductions from the new hire’s manager and team. There are numerous resources available on our internal intranet to help learn company policies and procedures as well as company materials and technology. PERI is a hands-on organization where you will gain experience by on-the-job learning.
How long does a typical hiring process take?
It is our top priority to ensure every candidate is fairly evaluated and respected through our recruitment process. We strive to be communicative with our applicants and ensure an efficient hiring process. We typically anticipate our hiring cycles lasting between 60-75 days.
