SKYFLEX combines impressive flexibility with speed. Its imperial 8´ x 8´ grid allows for larger bay sizes and fewer props to maximize efficiency on the deck. The patented 6-way drophead for early striking, allows workers to stay safely in the interor of the slab at the cantilever at all times. Moreover, SKYFLEX can be assembled by only two workers from the safe ground level by the use of the installation bar.

Beyond that SKYFLEX scores with particularly smart features such as the roll-lock mechanism of cross beams that secures them against uplift. For top-notch robustness PERI designed a full aluminum system with bolted steel connections and polymer nail strips in main and cross beams.

In addition, SKYFLEX scores with an ease in change of directions with main beams, cross beams, or timber infill adapters. The imperial 8´ x 8´ grid allows for larger bay sizes and fewer props to maximize efficiency on the deck.

    The SKYFLEX drophead for early striking speeds up your ­construction process. The systems offers you aluminum beams with bolted steel connections for extra robustness and a long lifetime. Clever features such as the innovative roll-lock technology automatically locks beams against uplift. In addition, the long lasting polymer nailer strips in all beams allow for nailing whenever needed.

    Safety is Key

    SKYFLEX can be erected by only two workers from the ground with the use of the PERI erection aid and ­systematic installation sequence. Cantilever beams are installed safely from the inside of the slab edge and automatically lock in place. None of the lightweight aluminium elements weighs more than 49 lbs, which makes SKYFLEX particularly ergonomic.
